The current increase in fuel prices which affects steel processing, shipping and freight costs has resulted in some steel building companies to increase pricing on enclosed metal garages, workshops, and steel carports. Bargain Barns USA is holding to it's pre-2011 pricing despite those increases in raw materials. Owner Lagene Risenhoover says as long as supplier pricing don't increase substantially, Bargain Barns USA will maintain its current pricing.

During the last five weeks of 2010, steel prices for carbon sheeting shot up 27 percent. Since the current global supply and demand forces for steel have meant that price swings are dramtic and frequent. There is no sign of the trend changing anytime soon. Expect steel prices to see a rising trend for all of 2011.

Bargain Barns USA will continue to hold its June 2009 pricing as long as possible.
